Tank cleaning nozzles

Tank cleaning nozzles
can be used for both small and large tanks and are available as both rotating and static
sprays. All tank cleaning nozzles are operating at low pressures.

The rotating nozzles (rotational cleaners)
are driven by the cleaning liquid by means of specially positioned nozzles or by turbine (partly driven by gearbox).

Rotational cleaners
achieve very good cleaning of the entire tank surface as rapid-repetition impact loosens
the dirt and washes it off of the inside tank surfaces.

Static spray balls
do not rotate. They are used primarily for washing down relatively small tanks and vessels.

Static spray balls

Static spray balls
Static spray balls do not rotate, so they require a comparatively large amount of liquid in order to generate turbulent flow. They are used primarily for washing down relatively small tanks and vessels.

Rotating cleaning nozzles

Rotating cleaning nozzles
The cleaning liquid turns the spray head by means of specially positioned nozzles. Rapid-repetition impact loosens the dirt and washes it off of the tank surfaces. The effect is best at low pressures in small to medium-size tanks.

High impact tank cleaning machine

High impact tank cleaning machine
Persistent soiling requires special measures. That is why the Lechler high impact tank cleaning nozzles in efficiency class 5 are equipped with high-grade gear units and work with deliberately controlled rotation. They prove their capabilities in tasks in the food and beverage industry, the chemical and petrochemical industry and the paper industry.
